Reiki Yoga - $13.50
This class combines both Reiki and Yoga to help open your chakras and balance them out by using your body’s natural energies from within. This 1 hour class starts with 20-30 minutes of yoga followed by meditation. While meditating, our instructor, Yolanda, will go around the room to assist your energy to clear your chakras. Reiki has been know to assist people with inner awareness, spiritual connection, relaxes and reduces stress, fosters self healing, relieves pain and discomfort, and balances energies from within along with helping with meditative states.
What is Reiki?
Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key) Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
What to Expect at Reiki Yoga
Yoga is the ancient art and science of balancing the physical and subtle anatomy of the individual. In Sanscrit yoga means “union”, a union between mind, body and spirit. The practice of Reiki and Yoga go hand in hand. The practice of Yoga increases the flow of Reiki energy in a persons life. Yoga helps a person understand Reiki in a much deeper way. Reiki helps a person understand the deeper energies of Yoga.
